2. Service Usage

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

• Do not misuse the service or violate applicable laws.
• Do not interfere with security, availability, or data integrity.
• Do not infringe third-party rights while using the platform.

3. Billing, Refunds & "Try Before You Buy"

We operate on a "Try Before You Buy" model. You are free to design, edit, and preview your digital invitation without charge. Payment is only required when you choose to "Publish" the invitation to generate a shareable public link and collect RSVPs.

Because you have the opportunity to fully preview the final product prior to payment, all sales are considered final upon publishing. Refunds are only issued for verified technical failures or duplicate billing, as detailed fully in our Refund Policy.

4. User Content & Acceptable Use

You are solely responsible for all images, text, and guest contact details you upload to create your digital invitations. You must hold the necessary rights to use any uploaded media.

Furthermore, our RSVP and sharing tools must not be used to send unsolicited messages (spam). We reserve the right to immediately suspend any account found to be abusing the platform's communication features or uploading inappropriate, illegal, or infringing content.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AreOne is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access when these terms are violated or abuse is detected.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable jurisdiction and conflict-of-law limitations as stated by policy.
