How can we help you?

Browse through our frequently asked questions to find quick answers about setting up your event, managing guests, and customizing invitations.

Getting Started

Is AreOne free to use?
Yes. You can create an account, design an invitation, and send it to up to 30 guests for free. For larger events and advanced features, you can upgrade your plan.
How do I customize an invitation template?
After choosing a template, open the editor to update text, colors, fonts, and images. You can adjust every key section without needing design tools.
Can I send digital and printed invitations?
AreOne is optimized for digital delivery. You can also export high-resolution assets for print workflows when needed.
How long does the free plan last?
The free planning window is active for seven days from activation, for designing and previewing. Once you buy Event Pass, your invitation stays live until 10 days after your wedding date.
Can I send both digital and printed invitations?
AreOne is built for digital delivery, but you can also export high-resolution assets, plus printable place cards and a seating chart, for any print workflows you need.

Account & Billing

What payment methods do you accept?
We support major card gateways and secure checkout providers configured in your billing settings.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel from your billing area and your plan remains active until the current cycle ends.
Do you offer refunds?
Refund handling follows your active billing policy and plan terms shown on the pricing page.
Can I play our song on the invitation?
Yes — add a background music track with the song title and artist so guests hear your song when they open the page (Event Pass).
Can I add our story, schedule and dress code?
Yes. You can add an "Our Story" section, an order-of-the-day timeline, and a dress code — including an attire colour palette so guests know exactly what to wear.
Do you support other languages?
Yes. AreOne offers multilingual and dual-script templates, so you can present your invitation bilingually for guests who speak different languages.

Features & Tutorials

How does RSVP tracking work?
Guests respond through the invitation page and responses are synced in real-time to your dashboard.
Can I add a gift registry?
Yes. You can link external registries directly in your invitation content and CTA sections.
Can guests bring a plus-one?
Yes. Enable party size / plus-ones on the RSVP form and guests can tell you how many people are coming with them.
Can guests choose a meal?
Yes. Offer meal choices with dietary notes and an adults-only option, then export a clean tally for your caterer as a CSV.
Can I import and organize my guest list?
Yes. Import your guest list from a CSV file and organize guests into groups to keep large lists manageable.
Can I build a seating plan?
Yes. Arrange guests across tables with the seating planner and print place cards and a seating chart (Event Pass).
Can I set a deadline for RSVPs?
Yes. Set an RSVP deadline to automatically close responses on a chosen date or a number of days before the wedding.
Can I see RSVP insights?
Yes. Your dashboard shows live charts of who has accepted or declined, response trends over time, and a full CSV export.

Sharing & Publishing

How do I publish and share my invitation?
When it is ready, publish with Event Pass, then share the link anywhere — WhatsApp, SMS, email — or share the QR code. Guests open it instantly, no app required.
Can I get a short custom link like /i/our-names?
Yes. Add the custom URL option at Event Pass checkout to get a shorter AreOne link based on your names. It is a custom path, not a separate domain.
Can guests add the wedding to their calendar?
Yes. Guests can add your wedding to Google Calendar or download an .ics file with one tap, so the date is saved on their phone.
Can I remove AreOne branding?
Yes. Event Pass removes AreOne branding from your published invitation for a clean, personal presentation.
Can I add a gift registry and our wedding website?
Yes. You can link external gift registries and your wedding website directly in the invitation content and buttons.

Account & Billing

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards through secure, PCI-compliant checkout providers configured for your region.
How does Event Pass pricing work?
Event Pass is a single one-time payment — no subscription and no per-guest fees. It stays active until the later of your purchase date plus 10 days or your wedding date plus 10 days.
Can I cancel at any time?
Subscription plans (such as the Wedding Website) can be cancelled anytime from your billing area and remain active until the end of the current cycle. Event Pass is one-time, so there is nothing to cancel.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds follow the published refund policy and the plan terms shown on the pricing page.
Do you have plans for wedding planners?
Starter and Pro plans for planners and studios are in pre-release. You can request early access from the pricing page.

Privacy & Support

Is my guest data private?
Yes. Your invitation and guest responses are private by default. You control visibility from your dashboard, and guest data is never shared publicly.
Can people find our invitation in search?
Only if you choose to. Invitations are private by default; they appear in the public Find search only when you enable public visibility. Otherwise they are shareable by direct link only.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant checkout providers. We never store your full card details.
What features are coming next?
A dedicated Wedding Website, automated guest reminders, and co-host access (shared editing with roles) are on the way. Event Pass covers your invitation today.
