1. Our "Try Before You Buy" Promise
At AreOne, we believe you should only pay for what you love. Our platform lets you completely design your digital invitation, add your guests, and view a fully functional preview — all for free.
You are only prompted to pay when you decide to remove watermarks, publish the invitation, and start collecting RSVPs. By that point you've had unlimited time to test, adjust, and verify every word, every photo, and the full guest-facing experience.
2. All Sales Are Final Upon Publishing
Because you have full access to test, preview, and verify your invitation design prior to purchase, all payments made to "Publish & Send" an invitation are final and non-refundable.
Once an invitation's status is upgraded to Published and the public link is generated, the digital service has been successfully delivered and consumed.
3. Exceptions for Refunds
We stand by the technical reliability of our platform. We will issue a full refund within 14 days of purchase only under the following circumstances:
-
✓
Duplicate Billing — You were erroneously charged more than once for the same invitation.
-
✓
System Failure — A critical technical error on our platform prevented your guests from accessing the published invitation or submitting RSVPs for a prolonged period, directly impacting your event.
-
✕
User errors (e.g., typos made during the design phase) — not eligible. You can edit your published invitation at any time at no extra cost.
-
✕
Event cancellations — not eligible. You can instantly update your invitation to serve as a cancellation notice or change the date if your event is postponed.
