What does the free plan include?
The free plan (7-day planning window) includes: design access to all 75+ invitation templates, full customization (names, date, venue, photo, colours, fonts), a real-time preview of exactly what guests will see, up to 30 guests added to draft, RSVP form setup in draft, and a QR code preview. Publishing the live invitation and collecting real RSVPs requires Event Pass.
What does Event Pass cost and what does it unlock?
Event Pass is a one-time fee per event — not a monthly subscription. It unlocks: publishing your live invitation, unlimited guests and RSVPs, meal choices and dietary notes, a live RSVP feed and analytics, seating plan, caterer CSV export, removal of AreOne branding, and your invitation stays active until 10 days after the wedding.
Do I need a credit card to start designing?
No. You can create an account, pick a template, customize your invitation, and preview it without entering any payment details. A credit card is only needed when you decide to publish with Event Pass.
What happens after the 7-day planning window?
After 7 days, you can still purchase Event Pass to publish your invitation. Your design work is saved. If you have already published with Event Pass, your invitation stays live until 10 days after your wedding date.
Is there a watermark on the free preview?
No watermark appears on the invitation design itself. The preview mode may show an AreOne-branded preview bar. Once you publish with Event Pass, you can choose to remove all AreOne branding.
Can guests actually RSVP during the free window?
No. During the free 7-day window, the invitation is in draft/preview mode — guests cannot open it or submit RSVPs. Live RSVP collection requires publishing with Event Pass. You can set up and preview the RSVP form during the free window.
Can I share the invitation link for free?
The shareable guest link becomes live when you publish with Event Pass. During the free window, you can preview the invitation but guests cannot access the live link. After publishing, you share the link via WhatsApp, email, SMS, or printed QR code.
Is Event Pass a subscription?
No. Event Pass is a one-time fee per event — you pay once for your wedding and your invitation stays active through the wedding and for 10 days afterwards. There is no monthly charge and no auto-renewal.
Can I use any of the 75+ designs on the free plan?
Yes — all 75+ invitation designs are available to design and preview with during the free window. There is no premium-only tier of templates hidden behind an upgrade. Event Pass publishes whichever design you have created.
